Rose Cottage caters to family
gatherings and corporate retreats. We have an absolutely
zero
tolerance for large parties
and boisterous behavior. No more than 6 guests
at a time, no more than two vehicles, no foul language,
no music or noise after ten p.m. No shuttle buses are
allowed to pick up or drop off tubers at the house.
There is a $50 charge per person or vehicle per night
for guests who exceed our limits. The deposit will
not be refunded if we have complaints from our neighbors
or the police are called. We value our
relationship with our neighbors and our goal is to
