Lounge on the huge waterfront deck overlooking
the tubing portion of the Guadalupe River.
This lovely
waterfront home is just past the third crossing on
River Road in Lil Ponderosa.
A large 3B/2B home that can sleep
20+
with a huge stone fireplace and all new furnishings.
The top floor has two queens and one
futon and one rollaway in the closet. We can sleep 8
in that room;
lower right bedroom: two queens, a bunkbed that has a
full bed on bottom and twin on top. That room can sleep
7.. Lower left bedroom: one queen and one bunk that has
a full mattress on bottom and twin on top plus a futon.
That room can sleep 7 plus there is a rollaway in the
closet that could sleep two more. The living room sofa
makes into a bed. The total plus the rollaways for sleeping
is now a total of 26.
