Off-Peak Season Rates
$250 a night
$2000 a week
$5000 a month
Two night minimum will be waived for special events.
Pets are allowed
Holiday nights priced same as weekend rates
with a three night minimum.
$500 deposit
$175 cleaning fee

Directions from HWY 78.
From IH10, exit the Lake McQueeney exit and take a
right; this puts you on 78. Stay on 78 until right
before the Guadalupe River Bridge and turn right on
Hot Shot Rd (there is a Kay Walker billboard there).
Go to the end of the road, under the railroad tracks,
and turn left onto Isle of View. House # is 476.
