3 bedroom, 3.5 bath is fully equipped with all new
furnishings. Sleeps 12. This house has a zero tolerance
for bad behavior.
The master has large windows with a
private patio and a huge king bed with a daybed with
a trundle sleeping 4,
rollaway in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with
a daybed and a hideaway. The third bedroom has a king
bed with a hideaway.
The dining
area and open kitchen have windows overlooking the
water and the huge yard with 75 feet of waterfront.
The modern kitchen has granite
countertops and all amenities including a trash compactor.
The
house
has a unique lighthouse on the roof which lights
up at night.
The house is very elegant and only well
behaved
and considerate guests are permitted due to
the quality of the furnishings.
The main deck has a charcoal grill and
seating for 10 for outdoor dining.
Heavenly View is about 10 min. from
the Canyon Lake Golf Club and visitors can swim in the
pool
for
$20.00 per week. Tennis Courts are free and golf is $27.00
w/cart for Monday thru Thursday and $17.00 w/o cart.
Friday thru Sunday & holidays golf fee is $34.00
w/cart and $24.00 w/o cart. After 2 PM, Monday thru Thursday,
$15.00 and Friday thru Sunday & holidays $20.00 w/cart.
