Lovely waterfront home in Gruene on the tubing portion of the Guadalupe River that sleeps 16+.

Less than a mile from all of historic Gruene's shops, restaurants and Gruene Hall, the oldest dance hall in Texas. Six sleeping areas each have TVs, DVDs, cable and high speed internet.

Guests can enjoy a game of pool in a large open living area overlooking the two acres of green space. The house has 100 feet of riverfront and tubers are a daily sight.

The outdoor dining area features four grills and a BBQ pit. There is patio seating for 16 and a large indoor dining table as well.

Cute open kitchen is fully furnished with an additional freezer and fridge in the covered shed.

Guests can choose from horseshoes, volleyball or bring their playstations as the TVs are wired for games. There is a private dock and playscape for guests.
