You guys have been just great. We were not lucky with the weather but all the rest was superb.
Both houses are very well equipped and very much welcoming.
The location is beautiful and the grill pit is just something else. Please give our best to the person that put that fantastic set up altogether.
I felt lost when I got locked outside. You just made the trick … thanks a bunch !!!!!!

Susan, My family and I had a wonderful time at Deep Water Inn on Lake Placid. The property is beautiful and the amenities are excellent. In the past I've often said,"I need a vacation from my vacation,"...well not this time. I returned home refreshed and relaxed. We will definitely be trying out your other properties. We absolutely loved your Chute house! Everyone keeps emailing me telling me how much they loved it and the location and that they may be trying to book it for future family gatherings so thanks so much for making that suggestion. I can't tell you what a pleasure it was working with you even thru the Hueco house incident. You handled everything awesome and it's service like this that makes people keep coming back! We will definitely look to you for our next rental down there.

I could only wish that all the rental folks in New Braunfels were as kind, caring and concerned as Susan Phillips from vacationnewbraunfels.com. She definitely went above and beyond for your city yesterday. As a last resort I called Susan yesterday to explain that my vacation rental property for next week had been cancelled due to faulty plumbing. We had rented through another property and they told me they had nothing else available. I can assure you that I made over 50 phone calls to every property management company I could find in a 25 mile area around NB to no avail until I reached her. She told me they had no properties available but when I told her my situation she took it upon yourself to help me out and send a broadcast email to everyone she knew. I sincerely appreciate it and am happy to let you know that my group of 12 will make our trip next week and we actually rented a house on the river. We are staying next week in another property. I don't recall the name of the wonderful lady that worked with me there but she as well went out of her way to ensure my party would have a place to stay next week. To all these wonderful folks I say thank you. It's nice to experience kind folks in our very busy lives.

Rio Haus was a wonderful place to spend our first anniversary. We ate alot of food, sat in the hot tub, did some reading adn pretty much had a relaxing weekend. Thank you for the thoughtful flowers and champagne! We really enjoyed ourselves.

Everything was really fanstastic! We especially enjoyed the beautiful landscaping and all the little extras throughout the property. It was much more like being a guest in your home than a rental. Thanks for a great vacation.

We certainly enjoyed our visit - the BBQ pit, fishing, the boat ride. Everything was perfect. Staying here made it a little easier to send our daughter off to college. The cottages are so cute and inviting: the lake is so relaxing and your friendship is a gem. Hope to see again very soon.
