A two-story modern home which sleeps 14-16 has the ideal location of being right in the heart of River Road. The "chute" is across the road and guests have private water access on a private lot with picnic table and firepit.
This three bedroom, two bath, is located just at the second crossing across from the famed River Road Chute. An ideal property suited for adult gatherings.
The upstairs features a large open living and kitchen area with two futons that open into doubles. Also on the upper level is the master suite featuring a king bed and large bath.
There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a Queen bed and one with two bunks and a twin with pull out sleeping 6. There is also a futon which opens into a double.
The downstairs area also has a bath and a washer/dryer.
Private river access across one lane road with an upper deck with a grill makes an ideal spot for sunbathing and viewing all the action on River Road. Ideal tubing location on the famed River Road.
