Nestled into the top of a large waterfront lot that has large yard with a slab ideal for parties or weddings. The waterfront has a deck with steps into the water. A public boat ramp is less than a mile away.

$800 per w/e night $700 per weeknight $4000 per week $10,000 a month 13% Tax $300 cleaning fee $500 deposit (Not included in rate) Holiday are peak season year round.

Off Season - October through March

$400 a night $2,000 a week $3,000 a month 13% Tax $250 cleaning fee $500 deposit (Not included in rate)

Holiday nights priced same as weekend rates with a three night minimum.
Two night minimum will be waived for special events. Prices do not include tax.

Do not go by Google or Mapquest directions!!  You will end up on the wrong side of the river!!

Directions - From Houston take I-10, take the Hwy 46/New Braunfels/Seguin/McQueeney Exit. Go right towards New Braunfels and immediately get on Hwy 78. Follow 78 for several miles and turn left on Cypress Ridge just before the train tracks and the Guadalupe River Bridge. Follow Cypress Ridge over some train tracks and it will be about the six or seventh house on your right. Green house with a green fence out front. It is Ok to park on the front lawn and in front of the house. To get to Blake's Cafe (that has really good food) come out the way you came in and go left on 78, take your first right at the light on Hwy 725 and it is on your left. Pica Taco just a few doors down as well. Hwy 725 runs parallel to Hwy 46 and both take you to New Braunfels. The closest grocery is in Seguin or you could take 725 to New Braunfels. Turn left on County Line Road, then right onto Walnut and there is Walmart Superstore next to I-35.From IH-35 take the McQueeney/Seguin/725 exit and go east towards Seguin. About 9/10 miles later you will go through the tiny town of McQueeney. Once you get to the light on Hwy 78 take a left, cross over the Guadalupe River Bridge and take your second right on to Cypress Ridge. The house is across some tracks on your right.
