A very comfortable well thought out condo, lovely setting with a double balcony perched overlooking the Comal River and the Tube Chute is a short float down river. Great location closest to the hot tub and the Comal River

The condo features an extensive VCR collection, a nice computer desk in the master. A large king in the master, a twin and queen in the 2nd bedroom and a fold out couch in the living area.

The condos have a gorgeous lush green picnic area with tables and grills.

A private hot tub is next to the building that Lone Star River Haus is in.

Texas Tubes is next door to help our guests navigate the Comal River. Fishing and scuba diving are popular on the clear spring fed river. Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Gruene are close by and downtown a block away.

Peak Season - April through September

$275 weekend night $250 week nights $1650 a week $5000 a month $125 cleaning fee $500 Deposit 13% tax

Off Season - October through March

$175 weekend nights $150 week days $850 per week $1200 per month $75 cleaning fee

Holiday nights priced same as weekend rates with a three night minimum.
Guests are to call VNB and please do not go to the onsite mgt. office. $500 Deposit No pets or smoking allowed. Prices do not include 13% tax. The condos are undergoing a renovation and steel poles are supporting the balconies and walkways. This should not affect the guests stay except that crowding the walkways is discouraged. No more than 8 people on the balconies at one time. Not one guest has complained about the renovation all summer! Guest are asked to wear wristbands during their visit and only two cars per condo allowed. Parking permits must be in the car to avoid towing. Permits and wristbands are in the condo. Additional parking is available on the street outside the complex.
