Rose Cottage caters to family gatherings and corporate retreats. We have an absolutely zero tolerance for large parties and boisterous behavior. No more than 8 guests at a time, no more than three vehicles, no foul language, no music or noise after ten p.m. The deposit will not be refunded if we have complaints from our neighbors or the police are called.
